Job summary

Actalent in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to perform Title, ALTA, and Topographic surveys and as-built surveys. You will conduct construction stakeouts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards in a fully onsite role.

Ideal candidates have land surveying expertise and experience with site plans, subdivisions, and related infrastructure design, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Land surveying expertise.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
