Actalent is recruiting a land surveying professional for a permanent, onsite role in Plainfield, NJ. You will prepare Title, ALTA and Topographic surveys, perform construction stakeout, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and standards.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you contribute to site development projects and regulatory compliance. The position offers a competitive salary range ($80,000–$95,000/yr) and an onsite work arrangement with benefits,

• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in projects involving site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
