Job summary

Cold Factor Heating & Air is seeking a part-time helper in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to support the shop and local marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include keeping the shop tidy, running errands, hanging door hangers and flyers, and assisting with loading/unloading tasks. Prior experience is not required; a strong work ethic and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to stand and lift 30–40 lbs.
• Able to work independently with a task list.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience not required; strong work ethic.

• Run local errands (picking up supplies, dropping off paperwork, parts store runs).
• Hang door hangers and flyers in assigned neighborhoods.

• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
