Cold Factor Heating & Air Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Flower Mound, TX. The role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, repair, and installation across chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.

Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Certification.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, such as changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity using electrical test equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.

PAY POTENTIAL

We pay for skill and hustle. Depending on experience, our HVAC Service Technicians earn between $25/hr and $40/hr - plus the flexible scheduling and growth path to keep building on that.
