Job summary

Howard Air is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix to join our HVAC team. This full-time role involves loading/unloading, order processing, inventory control, and field deliveries across residential job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC or construction preferred).
• Knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• ServiceTitan software experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associateto join our HVAC team. This position offers career growth opportunities and the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload trucks and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Process and prepare orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and stock organization.
• Operate a forklift and other motor vehicles (certification preferred).
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
• Assist with purchase orders, shipping, and receiving.

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
