Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning in San Jose, CA seeks a reliable Parts Runner/Warehouse Helper to support field operations by transporting parts, materials, and equipment to job sites. This back-of-house role ensures technicians have what they need to complete jobs on schedule.

You will load and unload, coordinate with warehouse staff, verify deliveries, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse. Prior delivery or warehouse experience is preferred but not required; 21+ and a valid

• Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required.

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Parts Runner/Warehouse helper to support our field operations by transporting parts, materials, and equipment to job sites. This is a back-of-house position with limited customer interaction, focused on ensuring technicians and crews have the materials they need to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites.
• Load, unload, and secure materials for safe transport.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and field teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Support warehouse and operations teams with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently throughout the day
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
