Healthy Home Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Helper to join our De Pere, WI team. You will assist lead technicians, learn jobsite prep and tool use, and contribute to high-quality service for heating and cooling systems.

Pay: $35,000 - $60,000/year, depending on experience

YOUR ROLE AS OUR HVAC SERVICE HELPER:

• Helping the lead technicians complete efficient, high-quality services for various heating and air conditioning systems
• Learning the ins and outs of jobsite preparation, tool usage, basic equipment maintenance, and more
• Doing your best to complete excellent work for every customer

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in various temperatures (mainly hot environments), climb ladders, and work in spaces like attics
• Ability to work well with a team, follow directions, and stay organized
• Availability to work rotating nights/weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Motivation to do your best and grow within this skilled trade

Field service experience would be a bonus, but we're open to entry-level candidates eager to learn a new skillset.
