About This Opportunity

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Hammonton, NJ

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. The ideal staff member will serve as a positive role model and trusted mentor—someone who can engage him in meaningful conversation, encourage social interaction, and support him in building friendships and exploring community opportunities. Activities may include bowling, movies, hiking, climbing, video games, and other age-appropriate recreational interests. He also enjoys spending time with and caring for his dog. Staff should be dependable, patient, encouraging, and comfortable supporting him with managing behaviors safely and respectfully while promoting choice, confidence, independence, and active participation.

What You’ll Do
