Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 38-year-old individual with Down syndrome in Clinton, NJ. The role emphasizes companionship, independence, safety, and community outings in a flexible schedule.

Schedule: 3 days per week, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Pay: $18–$21 per hour. You will complete onboarding, background checks, and training, and a reliable vehicle is required to access community sites.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• Experience Preferred.
