Job summary

Coffee with a Twist is seeking a friendly, dependable person to join our Baking Team in Boise. You will learn to craft laminated pastries, including croissant twists, from scratch, with early start times around 4:30am–5:30am and an end around 12:30pm–1:30pm. Sunday availability is required, and you will train on basic barista tasks as needed to support the team.

No baking experience is required; we will train the right person. You must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Join the Baking Team to learn/art of laminated pastries including croissant twists from scratch
• Assist with mixing, sheeting, proofing, and baking in early morning shifts
• Support Barista tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly

• This is an early morning position, start times may range from 4:30am-5:30am and end times are 12:30pm-1:30pm.
• Sunday availability is a must.
• Must be able to work 2-3 8-hour shifts per week
• No baking experience needed, we will train the right person!
• Must be physically able to lift 25-50 lbs and able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to cross-train to learn some of the basics of the Barista role as well so we can all support each other.
