Job summary

Superior Air Parts in Coppell, TX, seeks a Technical Support Representative to be the technical expert and primary contact for customers. You will resolve product concerns, process warranty and RMA claims, and review technical docs to ensure proper installation and flight safety.

The role requires an FAA A&P license, 5–10 years in general aviation maintenance, ability to read manuals and schematics, strong communication, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for clear explanations to customers.
• Ability to read engine manuals, schematics, IPCs, and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site support.
• Experience with warranty and RMA processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with aircraft owners, pilots, and maintenance personnel on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Process warranty and RMA claims according to company procedures.
• Analyze warranty data to identify potential product issues and support root-cause evaluations.
• Review complex technical documents to confirm installation parameters.
• Represent the company at aviation events to provide expert product support.
