Job summary

RDO Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to perform customer service and stocking duties related to parts sales, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the parts department.

You will maintain inventory records, use dealership equipment safely, and ensure shipments are processed in compliance with DOT guidelines. A proactive approach to cycle counts and order fulfillment will be valued.

• Ability to operate equipment.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate all freight charges and status of shipments.
• Directly responsible for all incoming part shipments, including loading/unloading.
• Maintain record of all shipments inbound and outbound.
• All transactional processing procedures should be followed using RDO Truck Centers guidelines.
• Use dealership equipment, including forklifts, safely and proficiently.
• Take a proactive approach to inventory control and report discrepancies.
• Ensure correct parts reach customers promptly using RDO procedures.
• Receive, ship, and store parts per DOT guidelines.
