Qualifications

• One year of experience in parts or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Familiarity with company-specific software a plus.
• Drivers must have at least five years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts and verify packing slips for inventory control.
• Pack and ship parts efficiently to customers and suppliers.
• Maintain records of shipments, damages, shortages, and inventory documents.
• Stock parts in designated locations after verification.
• Operate a forklift.
• Keep bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and labeled.
• Assist the Warranty Administrator and Inventory Coordinator as needed.
• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, and vendors.
• Maintain a daily log of deliveries and pickups with recipient signatures.
• Unload trucks nightly, report paperwork, and return undelivered parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
