Job summary

Riggs CAT is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to efficiently process parts orders, manage inventory, and support field service technicians. You will interact with customers, pick and ship orders, and maintain accurate records in our systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic math, and a commitment to safety and quality. Some overtime and after-hours coverage may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, and percentages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Efficiently pick, put away, deliver orders and maintain will call.
• Fabricate hoses and process customer/shop orders and returns.
• Ship and receive freight; communicate order status to customers.
• Support field service techs with parts orders and inventory control.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Follow contamination control guidelines and safety procedures.
