Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Lead - Parts in Lancaster, TX to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of spare parts.

You will train staff, enforce SOPs, and drive improvements in safety and efficiency while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost-effective processes. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance feedback to the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in warehouse ops, logistics, or distribution
• Experience leading or coordinating warehouse teams
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, and shipping parts
• Lead safety and 5S initiatives; enforce SOPs and training
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in the DC
• Prepare reports on inventory, shipping/receiving, and operational metrics
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve customer issues related to inventory or shipments
