The role emphasizes continuous improvement, SOP adherence, KPI driving, 5S discipline, and strong data analysis to improve inventory and shipping performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse operations or logistics experience.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and training staff.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards or Oracle).
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking and shipping.
• Implement SOPs, drive safety and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance.
• Oversee 5S, security, and equipment maintenance.
