Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Warehouse Lead - Parts to oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of spare parts in our distribution center. You will lead daily activities, develop staff, ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong operational knowledge, hands-on leadership, and a focus on 5S and KPI-driven performance within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Experience leading, training, or coordinating warehouse teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards or Oracle.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes.
• Experience working with freight carriers and transportation coordination preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF technology.
• Understanding of OSHA requirements, warehouse safety practices, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to identify issues, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping parts.
• Lead quality control measures to ensure accuracy and condition of parts.
• Support investigation and resolution of discrepancies or customer complaints related to inventory or shipments.
• Plan resourcing to meet throughput demand and KPIs for cost-efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to 5S standards and conduct audits to maintain safety and organization.
