Job summary

Lonestar Forklift, Inc. in Houston, Texas is hiring a dynamic Parts Technical Sales Representative.

You will work closely with the Service department to provide exceptional sales support and maintain parts inventory, driving branch revenue and customer satisfaction. Essential duties include offering multiple pricing and availability options, managing key customer accounts, and coordinating parts ordering and delivery with the team.

Qualifications

• Parts sales experience preferred.
• Technical experience with lift trucks or aerial work platforms preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets.
• Provide customers multiple solutions in terms of parts pricing and availability.
• Manage key Parts customer accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotes and process customer credits.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery of parts with Parts and Service teams.
• Identify parts to add to branch inventory.
