Qualifications

• 2+ years in Supply Management, Material Flow, Logistics, or Customer Support.
• 2+ years in roles with negotiation, communications, and conflict resolution.
• 1+ years in process improvement and problem-solving.
• 1+ years leading and collaborating with other departments.
• 1+ years experience in root cause analysis and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Forecast service parts and ensure availability in global parts network.
• Generate and maintain reports on on-time delivery, fill rate, and backorder.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on stock orders for PDP programs and CI changes.
• Monitor inventory using sales history and seasonality to ensure customer fill rates.
• Ensure factory direct service parts have timely order placement and manufacture.
