John Deere Harvester Works in East Moline, IL seeks an Order Fulfillment Process Quality Engineer to support assembly operations and drive quality improvements on the shop floor.

You will analyze production data, lead root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This onsite role offers a robust benefits package and opportunities for CI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, manufacturing, or operations on a shop floor.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, product models, and GD&T.
• Knowledge of engineering tools and databases such as SAP, CREO, JDAAT, CVML.

Responsibilities

• Directly support manufacturing operations of an assembly department on the shop floor.
• Investigate quality non-conformances using production and warranty data and implement corrective actions.
• Lead daily quality calls and communicate timely with management and cross-functional teams.
• Drive CI initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Delivery and Cost on the shop floor.
