Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Service Parts Planning & Systems Analyst to optimize service parts availability and inventory through advanced forecasting and analytics using our JD Edwards ERP. The role ensures the right parts are available at the right time to support Field Services Technicians.

You will generate forecasts for FRU, field service parts, and repair kits, maintain Baxter system parameters, and collaborate to optimize inventory across the distribution center and field stock while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Strong ERP knowledge: JDE/ Oracle preferred.
• 3–7+ years of experience in supply chain forecasting and demand planning with data analytics tools.
• Experience in a global/multi-region supply chain environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage forecasts for FRU, field service small parts, and repair kits.
• Maintain Baxter system planning parameters.
• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory between the Distribution Center, Forward Stocking Locations, and Field Service Van Stock; develop KPIs for data-driven decision making.
