Desert Trailer Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Parts Specialist in Phoenix to support a growing parts department. You will identify parts for internal users and customers, process OTC sales, and assist the Outside Sales team with pricing and availability.

Customer communication by phone and email to create and process orders is required. The role requires two years in a parts department, strong knowledge of the automotive/trucking industry, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification,

Qualifikationen

• Two years of relevant experience within a parts department.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive/trucking industry.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift certification or training.
• Computer knowledge and ability to function within Microsoft office and other programs.

Aufgaben

• Assist with identifying parts for internal users and customers.
• Help process over-the-counter sales.
• Assist Outside Salesperson by identifying parts, price and availability.
• Communicate with customers over phone and email to create and process orders.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and stocking of new parts.
• Assist with parts pickups and deliveries as needed.
