Job summary

Transwest Truck Trailer and RV in Colorado is seeking a Parts Expert to serve retail, commercial and industrial customers, process orders, greet shoppers, and ensure the correct parts are ordered with technicians and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Direct industry experience selling light, medium, and/or heavy-duty truck parts.
• Knowledge of computers is a must.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drive trains, and suspensions.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficiently processing their orders.
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
• Listen, exhibit energy and project a genuine willingness to assist.
• Effectively communicate with clientele to ensure objective(s) and provide information to assist customer.
• Effectively communicate with technicians and retail customers to ensure correct part is ordered.
• Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers face-to-face.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers and product knowledge.
• Data entry and retrieval on computer system with orders, transfers, pricing.
