WesPro JCB in Norcross, GA is seeking a Parts Specialist to support customers and our growing service operation. You will identify, source, quote, order, and supply parts with precision, serving at the counter and via phone/email, while assisting shop and field technicians.

The role emphasizes ownership of requests, clear communication, and collaboration with Parts, Service, and Sales teams, with opportunities for growth in a respected JCB dealer network.

Qualifications

• Previous parts experience in heavy equipment or similar dealership environments.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to build relationships with customers and technicians.
• Identify and research parts using catalogs and dealership systems.
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, receiving, returns, backorders, and control.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with computers, email, spreadsheets, and dealership systems; CDK IntelliDealer is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant direction.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with Parts, Service, Field Service, and Sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely lift and handle parts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, quote, order, and supply parts accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers at the parts counter, by phone, and via email; support shop and field technicians.
• Process parts orders and returns, research parts in JCB systems and catalogs, monitor backorders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventories.
