O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide a high level of service to both retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks. You will greet customers, look up parts and quotes, process cash, checks and card transactions, handle exchanges, and help with stocking, planogram updates, and in-store services.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences (required).
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service (required).
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time (required).
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desirable).
• ASE certification (desirable).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Process payments and handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Provide in-store services and stock updates as trained.
• Drive delivery vehicle when needed and allowed by policy.
