Qualifications

• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Complete required training and maintain knowledge of parts and pricing.
• Answer store calls per policy, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and address customer complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and store cleanliness.
• Perform in-store services and tests (wipers, batteries, charging systems) as trained.
