Job summary

NAPA in Indiana County is seeking a Parts Professional to provide prompt, courteous service in-store, over the phone, or at the dealer's shop. You’ll look up parts in catalogs or the POS system and process orders with accuracy.

You’ll advise customers on parts, know products, warranties, and sales programs, and support store staff as a resource. The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications
