Job summary

Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
- Support professional customers as needed and directed.
- Process cash/credit transactions and maintain the cash drawer.
- Assist with daily store operations and stock updates.
- Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
- Perform in-store services (where allowed by state law).
- Drive deliveries when needed and licensed.
