O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will handle cash, returns, and phone inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Complete required company training relevant to position.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices and promote related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions and returns according to policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and housekeeping.
• Perform daily store operations and stock adjustments as needed.
• Operate store equipment after training and authorization.
