Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in achieving tasks and promotes a welcoming, efficient shopping experience.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and you will handle in-store services, phone inquiries, and stock management. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing payments/returns, and participating in cashier operations.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help select merchandise
• Assist managers with professional customer service for installers
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments and returns
• Support planogram updates and stocking
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) when trained
• Drive deliveries when needed and allowed by policy
• All other duties as assigned
