Job summary

ESTIS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Parts Specialist in Carlsbad, NM to manage parts inventory for technicians maintaining engines, compressors, and control panels.

You will order and receive parts, stock items, generate shipping and invoicing information, and ensure accurate records while assisting with warranty claims and training.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years in parts sales, proficiency with Excel/Word and inventory software, and weekend/after-hours shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or ability to read/write English at 12th grade level and perform basic math.
• Three years of experience in a mechanical, electrical, electronic, or plumbing parts sales organization.
• Significant experience using Microsoft Excel/Word, Adobe Acrobat, and inventory management software.
• Ability to identify parts in engineering drawings.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Prefer oilfield equipment experience, compressor parts sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orders parts from vendors to maintain established minimum stocking levels.
• Receives parts from vendors and stocks them.
• Picks parts from inventory to refill inventories and ships to customers.
• Maintains accurate inventory records of parts ordered, received, sold, or shipped.
• Generates and transmits information on parts quantities, pricing, and delivery charges for invoicing.
• Inspects parts for defects and specification compliance.
• Assists technicians in determining exact parts to order using drawings.
• Reads vendor catalogs to determine stock numbers and pricing.
• Generates purchase orders and transmits them to vendors and supervisor.
• Picks, packages, weighs, and ships parts; informs customers of shipment details.
• Trains on compressor products and computer systems; supports warranty claims.
• Work weekend/afterhours call-out shifts.
