Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in Kenmore, WA to deliver high-level customer service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process transactions, and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role includes stock maintenance, planogram updates, and various in-store services as well as occasional deliveries when needed. Training and opportunities for growth are provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet customers and assist in selection of merchandise.
• Assist with servicing professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Handle cash drawer, payments, and credit card transactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store tasks including stocking and planogram updates.
• Operate store equipment after training and meet requirements.
• Provide in-store services such as installing wipers and testing/charging batteries.
