Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Lincoln, CA is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver a high level of customer service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks.

This role requires fast alphanumeric matching, excellent service, multitasking, and language skills; bilingual candidates encouraged. ASE certification is preferred; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling calls and in-store customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer service programs and promote related selling.
• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist professionals as needed and complete training.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote Low-Price Guarantee.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy; address complaints.
• Handle daily image maker and planogram updates; stock shelves and clean.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
