Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management and support professional customers as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role requires following customer service programs, greeting customers, processing payments, handling exchanges, and assisting with daily stock, workstation cleanliness, and basic in-store services. ASE certification and Spanish fluency are desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• ASE certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selection of merchandise.
• Support store management and professional customers as directed.
• Process cash, checks, credit card transactions and returns.
• Handle customer inquiries and quote prices per policy.
• Assist with daily stock, planograms, and inventory counts.
