Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Complete company training relevant to the position.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and make change.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates; stock, sort, and clean.
• Perform daily operational tasks including returns, stock counts, and inventory duties.
• Operate brake lathe and related equipment after training.
• Offer in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
