Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Minnesota is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, quote prices, and promote the Low Price Guarantee.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle cash drawer, process payments and returns according to policy.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, promote Low-Price Guarantee.
• Perform in-store services and stock updates as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
