Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Dry Ridge, KY is seeking an automotive parts associate to deliver outstanding customer service while assisting customers in selecting merchandise.

The role requires multitasking between store and phone inquiries, handling transactions, and performing routine store operations. ASE certification and bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) are a plus; training is provided for in-store services and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging and related sales or service ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and handle payments.
• Perform store maintenance tasks including stocking and planogram updates.
• Assist with daily image maker, stock counts and other duties as assigned.
• Provide in-store services such as wiper installs, battery tests, and core returns where allowed by law.
