Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs
• Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by looking up parts and quoting prices
• Process exchanges and returns according to company policies
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
• Perform daily store operations and image planogram updates
• Operate store equipment after training
• Conduct in-store services for customers where allowed by law
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed
• All other duties as assigned
