O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers in our Winslow, AL store. You'll greet customers, help them select merchandise, process transactions, and support store management with daily tasks.

Bilingual abilities are encouraged, and ASE certification is a plus. The role involves stock, planogram updates, and occasional local deliveries as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selection of merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service staff as needed.

• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with stock updates and planogram compliance.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as business needs dictate.
