O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers in Florence, AL. You will assist managers, handle cash, process returns, and support inventory and merchandising tasks in a fast-paced store environment.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE certification is preferred. The role involves helping professional customers, promoting company programs, and performing in-store services and basic vehicle-related tasks.

Qualifications

• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and related selling.
• Promote customer service programs and assist professional customers as needed.
• Process transactions, returns and exchanges according to policy.
• Maintain cash drawer and handle payments securely.
• Perform in-store services and assist with stock, planogram updates and daily tasks.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when required and allowed by policy.
