Job summary

NAPA is looking for a Parts Professional to provide prompt, courteous service in-store, via phone, or at the dealer’s shop. You will look up part applications, process orders accurately, advise customers, and support store personnel with product knowledge and policies.

Key requirements include a high school diploma, ASE Parts Specialist certification, ability to read part numbers, strong communication, and willingness to work retail hours at multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers.
• Capable of recognizing part numbers and line codes quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work retail hours at any store location.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and demonstrate product knowledge to identify needs.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently in catalogs or POS system.
• Advise customers and resolve questions or problems of a technical nature.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs and policies.
• Assist store personnel as a resource and provide training as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
