NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Professional to provide prompt, courteous service to customers in-store, over the phone, or at the dealer’s shop. You will look up parts in catalogs or the POS system, process orders with accuracy, and advise customers on the best solutions for their needs.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. ASE Parts Specialist certification is preferred, with opportunities for career growth and benefits

Qualifications

• Provide courteous, efficient service to customers in-store or on the phone.
• Capable of recognizing part numbers and line codes for accurate parts delivery.
