Job summary

NAPA is a leading parts retailer seeking a Parts Professional to provide prompt, courteous service in-store, over the phone, and at dealer shops. You will look up parts in catalogs or the POS system, process orders with accuracy, and advise customers on the best solutions while upholding store policies.

You will be knowledgeable about products, warranties, and sales programs, and assist other team members with technical questions and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous, efficient customer service in-store/phone.
• Ability to identify part numbers and line codes quickly.
• Knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and suggest parts.
• Process orders accurately and maintain POS system functions.
• Support store personnel with product knowledge and issue resolution.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory integrity, and pricing methods.
• Participate in training and perform other duties as assigned.
