Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Parts Professional in Red Bluff, CA to provide prompt service to customers in-store, on the phone, and at the dealer’s shop. You will look up parts in catalogs or the POS system, process orders with accuracy, and advise customers on the best parts to meet their needs.

You will need high school diploma, strong communication, and knowledge of part numbers. ASE Parts Specialist certification is preferred. This role is on-site with standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to recognize part numbers and line codes quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work retail hours at any store location.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service in person, by phone, or in-store.
• Look up parts applications in catalogs or POS system.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Advise customers on parts to meet their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, and store policies.
• Support store personnel as a resource.
