Compensation Pay Range
$11.13 - $20.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers and supports store management with assigned tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
2. Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent customer service over the phone, including looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending products.
6. Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns per company policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints friendly manner.
9. Assist with daily store operations such as freight receival, stocking, cleaning, and planogram updates.
10. Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle codes, etc., where legal.
11. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving record requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Desired:

• Knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and sales/service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
