Job summary

Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc seeks a Parts Specialist to obtain parts for aggregate and heavy-duty equipment for customers and in-house technicians. You will help customers, process orders, and manage inventories to ensure timely parts delivery.

The role offers a $25-$30/hr compensation plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, 401k match, paid vacation, EAP, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Has good communication skills to interact with employees and customers.
• Proficient with receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
• Prior experience in heavy equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer, factory and vendor support.
• Process parts orders for phone, counter and service sales.
• Identify needed parts using catalogs, CD-ROM and computer systems.
• Locate and obtain parts if not in stock.
• Obtain credit releases per Company Policy.
• Resolve customer invoicing problems.
• Assist with yearly physical inventory.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Role: Parts Specialist
The Parts Specialist performs a combination of duties to obtain parts and supplies for aggregate and heavy- duty equipment customers as well as in house technicians. Services customers solicit additional sales and charge out inventory.
Compensation: $25-$30/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer, factory and vendor support
