Job summary

Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc in Westbrook, Maine, is seeking a Parts Specialist to obtain parts and supplies for aggregate and heavy-duty equipment customers and in-house technicians. You will also assist with sales and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer, factory and vendor support.
• Process parts orders for phone, counter and service sales.
• Service customers by identifying needed parts using catalogs, CD-ROM and computer systems.
• Locate and obtain parts if customer needs are not in stock.
• Obtain credit releases in accordance with Company Policy.
• Resolve customer invoicing problems.
• Assist with yearly physical inventory.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Role: Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist performs a combination of duties to obtain parts and supplies for aggregate and heavy- duty equipment customers as well as in house technicians. Services customers solicit additional sales and charge out inventory.

Compensation: $25-$30/hr

Job Responsibilities
