They are hiring for a Parts Specialist to assist with order processing, maintaining customer accounts, customer service and quoting. This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity that will interview and start immediately. Apply now if your background fits the below criteria!

Primary Functions :

• Support customers in helping to identify and quote spare parts
• Process incoming quotes and orders
• Check account status and update account information
• Enter new customer data into the system.
• Order processing
• Facilitate return authorizations for customers
• Credit card processing
• Follow up on open quotes and orders daily
• Upload and help maintain customer accounting documents
• Support regional Service and Sales teams.

Qualifications :

• Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Must have mechanical aptitude to understand part and electrical drawings.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP and CRM experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
