Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Order Entry / Customer Service Parts Specialist in the Irving TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Responsibilities :

  • Support customers in helping to identify and quote spare parts.
  • Process incoming quotes and orders from direct sales customers.
  • Check account status and update account information, enter new customer data into the system.
  • Order processing (quoting, order entry, P.O. receiving and invoice processing).
  • Facilitate return authorizations for customers.
  • Credit card processing (process credit card purchases via online credit card system).
  • Customer service (take incoming phone calls / communication via email / internal request systems).
  • Follow up on open quotes and orders daily.
  • Upload and help maintain customer accounting documents.
  • Continuous reporting via our internal systems using Excel.
  • Effective communication when needed.
  • Support Service and Sales teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Preferred : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • CNC knowledge required
  • Must have mechanical aptitude to understand part and electrical drawings.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • SAP and CRM experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, focus, eliminate errors, and maximize efficiency.

  • Pay : $50,000-55,000 annually
