Job Overview

The Parts Specialist provides excellent service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions

• Follow all customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee).
• Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers as directed.
• Complete relevant training.
• Answer phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Manage cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges, returns, and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with store image updates, stocking, and cleaning.
• Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns, stock counts, and inventory adjustments.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wiper installation, battery testing).
• Drive delivery vehicle if needed and qualified.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required: Quick matching of alphanumeric sequences, excellent customer service, multitasking skills.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).
